Trained in HVACR from ITI Delhi, his professional journey spans service operations, water treatment equipment marketing, and hands-on experience in assembly, erection, and commissioning. This end-to-end exposure has given him a strong practical understanding of customer challenges and real-world system performance.
At RNS Ojasnira, Jitender oversees research and development and guides the technical team in translating customer feedback into reliable, market-aligned solutions. His focus on innovation and continuous improvement ensures that products are designed to meet evolving customer and industry requirements.
